As you all know I like to run, but I’ve never run further that a 10k in an event. I had planned to a couple of years ago but did my knee in and had to pull out. I’m now hoping that as I’m about to turn 40 in June it might hold out this time to finally tick that off the list! I had applied for the full London Marathon but “sadly” didn’t get through! So a half will do! To be honest a marathon probably would have killed my knee off entirely!

Anyway, I’ve decided to run for Tommy’s, a charity that does a lot of research into miscarriage, stillbirth and premature birth. You’re probably all aware that I lost four pregnancies before luckily, getting the right help to allow me to have Tallulah and Roman, so the cause is very close to my heart and that of many friends I made along that journey.

Id love it if I could raise the minimum target of £350, to exceed it would blow my mind!! I promise to bore you all with my progress leading up to it. #Prayformyknee!!
