My story

I’m not a runner… but I’ve signed up to run 13.1 miles! 😳

In April 2026, I’ll be taking on the London Landmarks Half Marathon and I’d love your support.

I’m running to raise money for Tommy’s, a charity funding vital research into miscarriage, stillbirth and premature birth. They also support families going through some of the most heartbreaking and uncertain pregnancy journeys. Their work really matters and I’m proud (although slightly terrified) to be doing this for them.

The reality is that 1 in 4 women lose a baby during pregnancy or birth. That’s far too many. Tommy’s is working to change that, so that more parents can take home healthy babies and receive the care they deserve.

I’ll be running the race alongside my husband Simon who is a runner (he’s even completed the London Marathon!). I, on the other hand, am starting from complete scratch!
So this is a huge challenge for me. But I’ll be giving it everything I’ve got.
