Holly Tilt

Holly supports both Team Tommy’s and the Landmarks team in all aspects of the event.

Holly is on hand to guide participants from registration all the way to the finish line with a focus on training, helping supporters share their reasons for running and assisting with the corporate challenge. Holly brings her own experience of completing the LLHM and fundraising for Tommy’s motivated by the holistic benefits of running and making physical activity accessible for everyone.

Matthew Harris

Matthew's job is to make sure all Tommy's runners have the best experience possible (A quick note from Matthew - "Please do give us feedback, we're always looking for ways to improve!").

He's been working at Tommy's on the London Landmarks Half Marathon for over 5 years and is now in charge of everything related to fundraising, communication and design.

Since joining Tommy's Matthew has fallen in love with running, going from not being able to run for 5 minutes to now having completed 4 half marathons. He's also a keen boulderer in his spare time.

Michela Ciulli

Michela is responsible for ensuring Tommy’s charity runners are supported, registered, and ready for race day.

She is first point of contact for Team Tommy’s participants, in the inbox and on the phone. She also creates graphic design assets for the wider team, assists in supporter stewardship and engagement, and updates the Team Tommy’s supporter website. In her spare time, Michela enjoys hiking and traveling, and going back to Italy where she is from!

Rhiannon Hopkin

Rhiannon is responsible for ensuring #TeamTommys in the London landmarks Half Marathon is the best it can be! Whether it’s encouraging Tommy’s supporters to run or welcoming new runners to the charity, Rhiannon is dedicated to ensuring every runner feels supported every step of the way, has a great race day experience in April and knows the difference they are making to Tommy’s.

Rhiannon loves exploring the outdoors and when she isn’t navigating a mountain or a long distance trail, Rhiannon enjoys trying new recipes in the kitchen and dreams of being a top notch vegan chef.

Rachel Croshaw

Rachel oversees the LLHM Communications Team and Team Tommy’s ensuring we both teams meet their strategic goals. Rachel joined the team in 2023 on an interim contract and is now a permanent member of the team.

Prior to working at LLHM Rachel worked at GOSH delivering their TCS London Marathon Charity of the Year Partnership and previous to that she was at Mencap for over 10 years working across Challenge, Special and Community events. Her highlight was organizing the UK’s largest fancy dress dodgeball tournament!

When not at work Rachel can be found taking in all the wonderful sights and culture that London has to offer. She has also taken up swimming and when at home she is either cooking or being bossed around by her cat Betty.

Tanja Won Davies

Tanja supports the LLHM Team Tommy’s team with all aspects of the event from supporter journeys to event day logistics and beyond.

Tanja comes from a Corporate Finance background, but has always wanted to work for a charity close to her heart, where what she does can make a real difference to others - and where better to do that than at Tommy’s. Tanja is from Denmark, but now lives in South London with her husband and their two lively boys, so life is certainly busy. Outside of Tommy’s, she enjoys cooking, reading, travelling; sports like handball, tennis and rugby and she loves a good comedy gig.
