Tanja Won Davies

Event Assistant

Tanja supports the LLHM Team Tommy’s team with all aspects of the event from supporter journeys to event day logistics and beyond.

Tanja comes from a Corporate Finance background, but has always wanted to work for a charity close to her heart, where what she does can make a real difference to others - and where better to do that than at Tommy’s. Tanja is from Denmark, but now lives in South London with her husband and their two lively boys, so life is certainly busy. Outside of Tommy’s, she enjoys cooking, reading, travelling; sports like handball, tennis and rugby and she loves a good comedy gig.

Federica Consiglio

Event Assistant

Federica has joined the team in 2025, and is responsible for supporting our wonderful runners via email and phone communication, and throughout the whole supporter journey. She also takes care of our Corporate Challenge team, making sure they meet their targets and, most importantly, that everyone has lots of fun.

Outside of the office, she loves camping, dancing, and replicating all sorts of flowers with her watercolour palette – more or less successfully. If you come say hi, she will give you the best book recommendations.

Rob Weavers

Supporter Care Assistant

Rob has recently joined the team for the third time having previously assisted in 2022 and 2023 and this year Rob is with us supporting all Team Tommy’s runners via email communications - answering questions and sharing information regarding anything LLHM related.

Rob has run 7 of the previous 8 London Landmarks Half Marathons (the year he didn’t run he was managing Tommy’s on the day activations and cheer stations) so brings a wealth of LLHM knowledge to the team and of course our amazing team of runners.

Away from the office, Rob loves to travel and explore, and tries as often as possible to combine this with his passion for photography.

Hassan Kassem

Communications & Engagement Manager

Hassan leads communications for Team Tommy’s LLHM, and aims to make sure every runner has the most valuable and engaging supporter journey possible. He’s keen to hear runners’ stories – do reach out to share your reasons for running! These stories are the heartbeat of everything Team Tommy’s does and really helps inspire others, build our community, and drive our fundraising impact.

Before joining Tommy’s, Hassan led communications for a range of progressive charities, advocacy groups and campaigns focused on tackling systemic injustice, and empowering communities.

Off duty, he’s a long-suffering Arsenal fan, part-time activist, and full-time cat dad to Peanut.

Matthew Harris

Senior Event Manager

Matthew's job is to make sure all Tommy's runners have the best experience possible (A quick note from Matthew - "Please do give us feedback, we're always looking for ways to improve!").

He's been working at Tommy's on the London Landmarks Half Marathon for over 5 years and is now in charge of everything related to fundraising, communication and design.

Since joining Tommy's Matthew has fallen in love with running, going from not being able to run for 5 minutes to now having completed 4 half marathons. He's also a keen boulderer in his spare time.

Rachel Ayangunna

Event & Corporate Stewardship Manager

Rachel supports Tommy’s amazing fundraisers, LLHM runners, and corporate partners, making sure everyone who connects with Tommy’s feels welcomed, valued, and part of the community. Whether she’s preparing supporters for the London Landmarks Half Marathon or working with partners to strengthen long-term relationships, her focus is on creating meaningful, positive experiences from start to finish.

Rachel has spent over 25 years in leadership, partnerships, and people-focused roles across charities, community organisations, and social-impact work. Purpose and connection have always driven her, and that’s exactly what she found at Tommy’s. She joined because the mission resonates deeply; every family deserves hope, care, and safer pregnancies. Being part of a team working toward that every day means a lot to her.

Rachel enjoys discovering new places, supporting ethical and community-focused businesses, and spending quality time with her family. She’s naturally curious and loves learning, reflecting, and working on ideas that create positive change. Anything that brings people together or leaves a meaningful impact always draws her in.
