Meet your Team Tommy’s Running Coach

Sarah Campus is your official Team Tommy’s Training Coach for LLHM 2026. She’ll be supporting you all the way to race day with regular training guides, practical support, and nutritional tips. Sarah is running LLHM 2026 herself, so make sure to look out for her on race day and say hello!

Sarah will also be joining us at the Team Tommy’s Training Day on 28 February, where she’ll lead our group run, share expert advice, and answer any running-related questions to help make sure you feel confident and prepared for the big day.

From November onwards, Sarah will share monthly training guides right here on this page, taking you step by step – from building your base fitness, to feeling strong and ready to run your best LLHM in April. And as a Team Tommy’s LLHM 2026 runner, you’ll receive Sarah’s latest training guides and tips straight to your inbox.

Wherever you’re starting from in your running journey, Sarah is here to support you every step of the way.
