My story
I am planning on running for my big brother, Jamie. Sadly I never met him as he died of a cot death almost 50 years ago. This run will actually be 2 days after the 50th anniversary that my family lost this special little boy. I have always been brought up knowing I would have had a special brother looking after me. I am also running for my parents whose lives were changed forever after losing their first born. I hope raising money for Tommy's will help so many more families like my own. Looking forward to supporting another charity so close to my heart.
I am proud to be joining Team Tommy's in the London Landmarks Half Marathon 2027 to support Tommy's and continue their vital work to help make pregnancy and birth safe - for everyone. Tommy's fund research into miscarriage, stillbirth and premature birth, and provide pregnancy health information to parents. They believe it is unacceptable that one in four women lose a baby during pregnancy and birth. They want every parent to have the best possible pregnancy outcomes and to take home happy, healthy babies. Please support me to take on the 13.1 miles of the London Landmarks Half Marathon.
