This year, Tommy's are giving supporters the chance to send a personal message and photo to a runner they're cheering on - with their message displayed on a giant screen along the route as their runner passes by.
Simply submit a short message and photo ahead of event day, and it will appear on the Tommy's Supporter Screen at the Waterloo Bridge cheer point (mile 11.8) - right when runners will need that boost the most, as they head towards the finish line.
All you need is your runner's number - then click below to send them a moment they won't forget.
The Tommy's Supporter Screen is kindly sponsored by In Your Face (IUF). A huge thank you to IUF - and a special shoutout to the 50 strong IUF runners taking part in the Corporate Challenge for Team Tommy's! 🎉
Whether you're celebrating before the race or soaking up that finishing feeling, the Tommy's Pink Carpet at Waterloo Place is your moment to shine and share. 🌟
This year we're thrilled to introduce brand new Tommy's photo booths - making it easier than ever to capture your achievement in style. Step in, strike a pose, and leave with a photo worthy of the moment. A huge thank you to In Your Face (IUF) for sponsoring the photo booths and helping us give every runner a finish to remember.
And we want to hear from you. After everything you've done - the training, the fundraising, the miles - we'd love to sit down with you, hear your story, and find out what brought you to Team Tommy's. Our team will be on hand for runner interviews and we'd love as many of you as possible to come and share your reasons for running. Don't be shy - your story matters, and it could help inspire others to join Team Tommy's in the future.
You can also have a pre or post-race interview with us, walk the pink carpet in your Tommy's top, and celebrate with your friends and family in a Tommy's-themed setting that does justice to your incredible achievement.
Come find us - we can't wait to see you. 💗

Your LLHM journey begins on Westminster Bridge - and what a place to start. This is where Tommy's story began, right opposite St Thomas' Hospital, where Tommy's was founded in 1992 as part of a campaign by two doctors and one of their patients. Thirty-three years later, the research and care made possible by your fundraising is still changing lives.
You'll find us at the U-turn on Westminster Bridge, cheering you off on a high. Look out for the iconic open-top red London double decker bus filled with supporters, and the brilliant Rock Choir - who'll be sending you on your way in style with an uplifting musical send-off. 🚌🎶

You'll pass this cheer point twice - once near the start of your run, and again at mile 11.8 as you head towards the finish line. Both times, prepare to let the groove take over.
London is famous for its rich and diverse musical history, and we're celebrating that here with the incredible Dhol drumming band Drumatic. Drumatic have performed at a huge variety of events and provide a space to learn and play a vast range of Dhol drum music. They have been an absolute highlight of the LLHM in recent years - and trust us, you'll hear them before you see them! 🎵
And this year there's something extra special here too - keep an eye out for the Tommy's Supporter Screen, where your friends and family can send you a personal message and photo to be displayed on a giant screen as you run past. Mile 11.8 is when you'll need those words of encouragement the most.
The Tommy's Supporter Screen is kindly sponsored by In Your Face (IUF). A huge thank you to IUF - and a special shoutout to their 50 strong team taking part in the Corporate Challenge for Team Tommy's! 🎉

Our Tommy's Rainbow Cheer Point is back for another year - and the LLHM simply wouldn't be the same without it. Look out for the bright pink banners, the epic DJ truck, the bubble bonanza, and of course, the unmissable rainbows filling the air. 🫧
The rainbow is a symbol of hope and in memory of every baby loved and never forgotten. It's also a celebration of the work of the Tommy's Rainbow Clinic - a specialist service based in Manchester, led by Professor Alex Heazell and lead midwife Louise Stephens, supporting women and their families through pregnancy following a stillbirth or neonatal death.
Bank Junction is also a fantastic spot for friends and family to come and cheer you on - it's roughly halfway through the route and there's plenty of open space to find a great vantage point.
Our Rainbow Cheer Point is kindly sponsored by Moore Kingston Smith, who are helping us make this year's rainbow cheer point bigger and better than ever - and providing plenty of volunteer cheerers on the day too. A huge shoutout to their 100 strong team taking part in the Corporate Challenge for Team Tommy's! 🎉

Our Tommy's photographers will be out in force on event day, stationed at all the key Tommy's locations - from the Start Line, to each of our cheer points, and of course the Pink Carpet.
This is your chance to have your achievement captured for keeps - so when you spot one of our photographers, give them a big wave, look straight down the lens, and show us your biggest smile! The best photos come from runners who are looking out for the camera, so keep your eyes peeled as you pass through each Tommy's location.
We can't promise we'll get a shot of everyone, but we'll certainly do our very best - and we'd love nothing more than to have a gallery full of your smiling faces to look back on.
We'll be sharing photos in the weeks following event day.
Not running this year? There's still a brilliant way to be part of the action.
Head to one of our Tommy's cheer points on event day and help spur our incredible runners on as they tackle the 13.1 miles. Whether you're cheering on someone you know or just want to be part of the Team Tommy's atmosphere, your support on the day makes a huge difference - and our runners absolutely love hearing the crowd.
Use the What3Words locations above to find each cheer point, or head to the Tommy's Pink Carpet at Waterloo Place to celebrate with finishers as they cross the line.
