A heartfelt thank you to our wonderful panel speakers - Amie, Paul, Sarah and Richard - for sharing their personal experiences so openly and courageously. Your stories were moving, inspiring and a powerful reminder of why Team Tommy’s exists. We know your stories and reasons for running will have stayed with so many in the room.

Thank you to Sarah for leading such an informative and practical session on training and nutrition, for answering so many brilliant questions, and for bringing along such thoughtful goodies for runners to try. We’re also so grateful to Sarah for leading our short running session in Regent’s Park and helping runners feel confident, motivated and supported.

Thank you to Kate for leading a brilliant session on Tommy’s work and the difference our fundraising makes. It was such an important reminder of why we come together as Team Tommy’s - to support Tommy’s vital research, care and information for families affected by pregnancy complications and baby loss.
